ANC staffers are going ahead with laying charges against members of the top six following failed attempts to resolve their salary impasses.
The group said it would be heading to the Johannesburg Central Police station to lay charges. Former ANC staffer Carl Niehaus who was fired last week for leading the process said the aggrieved ANC employees would lay charges of theft, fraud, corruption, and various statutory crimes, against the National Office Bearers (NOB’s).
“All media are invited to witness the charges being laid at 11:00 at the Johannesburg Central Police Station. Once the charges have been laid, the employees involved will make their complaint statement available to the media and address the media outside the Johannesburg Central Police Station,” he said.
